Betty J. Garrett

Betty J. (nee Kennedy) devoted wife of the late Clyde, beloved mother of Clyde Jr. (Martha) Garrett & Janet (Jim) Powell, cherished grandmother of Michael & David Garrett and Brian, Heather & Timothy Powell, great-grandmother of Tabitha, Teagan, Sydney & Travis. Passed away Friday, October 2, 2015 at the age of 90. Betty was a long time resident of New Albany, Ohio and the Plain Township Clerk for 25 years, retiring in 1984.
