Dwain beloved husband of Ida (nee Prater), loving father of Nicole, Jessica & Luke (Michelle) Adkins, adored grandfather of Brandon & Brianna Carey, Isaiah, Logan, Madalyn, Kaleb & Mylee Adkins, Michael & Jill Anderson, Renae & Randy Clark, caring brother of Florence Woodward, Wilma Martin, Joan Ealy, Paul David Adkins & Phillip Adkins. Also survived by numerous family & friends. He was preceded in death by 5 grandchildren. Passed away, Friday, November 23, 2012 at the age of 65. Residence of Norwood. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 29 at 2 PM at the Anointed Church of the Living God, 4924 Marion Ave, Norwood, OH 45212, where friends may call from 11 AM until time of service.
