Gary Turnmyre, Sr. Devoted father of Joyce Turnmyre, Audra (the late Bruce) Turnmyre-Willis, Kimberly Turnmyre and Tammy (Roger) Turnmyre-Bright and the late Gary Kent Turnmyre, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Sam) Falcon, Lindsay Turnmyre, April & Ashley Turnmyre, Gary K. Turnmyre III, Jason (Cassandra) Bunch, Buddy Wolfe, Cody Krug, Andrew McDowell & Anderson Turnmyre and many great grandchildren. Dear brother of Sandra (Curtis) Mullins, Michael (the late Ottie Mae) (Norma Jean) Turnmyre, Danny Joe (Freda) Turnmyre, Rod (Nancy) Turnmyre and Jeffery Turnmyre. Preceded in death by his parents, Owen & Willie Ann Turnmyre (nee Johnson) and beloved grandson Anthony McDowell. Passed away surrounded by family at home on Friday, May 15, 2026. Age 84. Memorial service will be held at the Naegele ,Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Friday, May 29 at 6PM, where friends may call from 5PM until time of service.
