James Phillip Mitchell. Devoted husband of the late Ella Mitchell. Beloved father of the late James Mitchell Jr., and Kathleen Lewis & Charmayne Blake. Dear grandfather of Chuck Blake, James Mitchell II, Chanel Elam, Duane Mitchell & Brandon Mitchell. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous great, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by 6 siblings. Passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Age 94. Residence Batavia. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
