James M. Weingartner

WEINGARTNER. James M. "Jim". Beloved husband of Joanne L. Weingartner (nee Rece) for 60 years. Devoted father of James G. (Patty) & David M. (Paula) Weingartner. Cherished grandfather of Eric (Michele), Dan (Beth), Brady (Sam) & Austin (Morgan) Weingartner. Caring great grandfather of Landon, Elaina, Zakary, Madeline, Camden, Macyn & Nora. Caring brother of the late Carol Trocher. Passed away on September 27, 2026. Age 92. Longtime resident of Norwood. Jim was an excellent athlete in his younger years and loved all sports.He graduated from Roger Bacon High School and retired from Formica after 44 years. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Montgomery Rd/Drex Ave, Norwood on Friday, October 2 at 11AM, where friends may call from 10AM until time of mass.
