COSTELLO. Janis Ann (nee Johnson) beloved wife of Stephen Costello, caring mother of Lisa, Jason, Stephen Jr., Sara & Gena (Randy), loving grandmother of Jason Vogt, dear sister of Carol, Tom, Mary & the late Richard, loving daughter of the late Paul & Ann Johnson, also survived by many other cherished family & friends. Passed away on February 13, 2013. Janis was a devout parishioner at Guardian Angels Church. Memorial Mass was held privately at the convenience of the family.
