Joe William Smith "Bill". Beloved father of Joe William Smith Jr., Bryan Smith and the late Steven Smith & Sheila Menefee. Devoted grandfather of Charity Lynn Hicks, Tristan Menefee, Chloe Smith, Meadow Smith and the late Daniel Menefee. Loving brother of Linda Haines, Tina Miller, Terry Smith and the late James "Bud" Smith & Patricia Secor. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Passed away September 14, 2022. Age 72. Funeral Services will be held at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Tuesday, September 20 at 12:30PM, where friends may call from 11:30AM until time of service.
