John "Jack" P. Fogelman, beloved husband of Christie (nee Turner) for 16 years, loving father of John (Kelly) Fogelman, Gina McCulley, Tracy (Gary Grammer) Fogelman, Thomas Fogelman, Tonya (Bryan) Green and stepfather of Justin (Amy) Schwab, cherished papaw of 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, adored son in law of Robert and Dorothy Turner, dear brother of the late Mary Cox, Mike (Brenda) Fogelman, Patty Schmidt, Theresa (the late Mike) Herweh, Judy (Terry) Votel, Kathy (Larry) Beiting, Louise (the late Frank) Busher and Jenny (Mark) Pabst, caring brother in law of Connie and Ed Genet. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the age of 65. Residence Norwood. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 20 from 1-4 PM at the Norwood Moose Lodge, 2006 Mills Ave, Norwood. Memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice or Alzheimer's Association.
