Kenneth R. Talmage

TALMAGE. Kenneth R. "Ken" was called to Heaven suddenly Monday, September 23, 2013. Age 71. Devoted husband of 39 years to Vivian Talmage (nee Moore), Beloved father to Brian (Penny) Talmage & Carrie (Mike) Schulte, Cherished Grandpa to Collin & Carter Schulte, Loving brother of Dave (Julie) Talmage, Dear uncle to Doug, David & Denise Talmage. Also survived by a host of other family and friends, including Sheila Cox. Preceded in death by his parents, David S. & Mary L. "Pat" Talmage, his sister in law Judy Talmage and long time business partner and best friend, Albert Imm. Kenny was the longtime co-owner for over 41 years of Quatman Cafe in Norwood. Everyone who knew him absolutely loved him. He was a friend to all and will be tremendously missed by family, friends, Quatman Cafe patrons, Purcell class of 1959 & in the Norwood Community. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 26 from 4:30-8:30 PM at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood. Mass of Christian Burial, Holy Trinity Church, Montgomery & Drex Ave, Norwood, on Friday, September 27 at 11:30AM. Memorials may be directed to Hoxworth by donating blood in memory of Ken or the American Heart Assoc.
