Michael Hoffart

Michael Lawrence beloved husband of Michelle (nee Sevigny) of 24 years, devoted father of Alicia (Thomas) Tyner, Grahm, and Lyndsey Hoffart, adored son of Larry and Mary Hoffart, and son-in-law of Wilmer and LaVerne Sevigny, cherished brother of Linda (Clint) Laucher, Rob (Steph) Hoffart, and Pat (Karlin) Hoffart, endeared to many other relatives and friends. Passed away on Saturday, October 6th, 2012. Age 49. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 11th, from 5pm-8pm at the Cincinnati Vineyard Chapel, 11340 Century Circle East, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246, in the Chapel. Memorials can be made to Crossroads Clinic, 5 East Liberty Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
