Norman "Bill" Rains
Norman "Bill", beloved husband of Jean (nee Sanders) of 58 years, loving father of David (Janice) Rains, Debbie (David) Eichert, Darlene (Dan) Caudill & Danny (Sonya) Rains, adored grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of 8, caring brother-in-law of Baby Doll and very good friend of Bob Couch & John Housley. Passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016 at the age of 83. Residence Norwood. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 22 from 6-8 PM, with a Masonic Service at 7:30 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 23 at 11 AM, at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home.
