Patricia Ann (Brennan) Hogan
Patricia Ann (nee Brennan), beloved wife of Philip, loving mother of Julie Hogan-Tolbert, devoted grandmother Rowan and Nicholas Tolbert, adored mother-in-law of Richard Tolbert. Passed away on Friday, January 31, 2021 at the age of 72. Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Norwood, Ohio by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
