Randy A. Barker. Beloved husband of Dawn Winkler. Dear brother of Penny (the late Ron) Collins & the late Ronald E. Barker. Loving son of the late Jean Beuke (nee Heflin) & Herbert E. Barker. Caring uncle of Sheri (Nick) Dane, Kim (John) Norman, Scott (Shirley) Collins, Terry Vanderveer & Richard (Nicole) Barker. Also survived by great nieces and nephews. Randy passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 after battling many health issues the past two years. Age 66. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Zion United Church of Christ, 2301 Indian Mound Avenue, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11:30AM. There will be a celebratory service remembering him, followed by lunch and more time to share stories and memories of Randy.
