Richard "Rick" Carter

CARTER. Richard Keith "Rick" beloved husband of Jan Stein Carter for 33 years, cherished son of the late Leonard and Ruth Carter. Rick retired from Cincinnati Water Works after 16 years, former member of Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Norwood. Rick passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. Age 65. Residence Norwood. Celebration of Resurrection will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 1950 Nagel Rd., Anderson Twp, Ohio 45255 on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 11AM. Memorials may be directed to Lutheran World Relief at www.lwr.org where a $10 donation provides a bed net to protect a whole family from malaria or Lutheran Church of Resurrection, 1950 Nagel Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45255 and write on check that it's for Mission Support/Water Filters or Guatemala Sustainability Project.
