Virgil, beloved husband of Sarah Faye (nee Spicer), loving father of Lisa Schibi, Tammie (Wesley) Morgan, Teri (Brian) Sanders, step father of Robert Heeb, Jr, adored grandfather of Franco & Sue DeLuca, Rachel Beasley, Ben (Samantha) Schibi, Amy (Scott) Schwankhaus, Mark (Heather) Schibi, Wyatt & Shane Morgan, Megan (Mitchell) Sanders-Dean & Caleb Edison-Sanders, cherished great grandfather of 9, dear brother of Glen (Natalie) Edison, Benny Edison & Billy Ray Collins. He was preceded in death by his kids, Martin Eugene Edison & Phyllis Beasley & a grandson, Eric Edison. Passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at the age of 81. Residence Norwood. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 4 at 11 AM at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday, December 3 from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Love of a Child, 12411 Commerce Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33913.
