William L. Sr., devoted husband of the late Flora (nee Gregory) Felts, beloved father of Sue (Jim) Willenbrink, Carole (Michael Sr.) Bain, William Felts Jr., Deborah (Jerry) Rump and Jeffery "Scott" (Kim) Felts, dear brother of Oscar Felts, Lois Borf, and the late Clifford, Clyde and Leslie Jr. Felts, Mildred Jacobs, Eulane Groh, Marie Warren and Cora Brown, also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great granchildren. Passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012. Age 88. Residence Elsmere, KY formerly of Norwood. Funeral services at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, OH 45212 on Wednesday, January 2 at 1PM where friends may call from 11AM until time of service. Memorials may be directed to the charity of one's choice.
