Edie M. Layne. Loving & devoted mother of James (Michelle) Sherrill, Catherine (Joe) Scholle & Will Layne. Cherished Mimi of Sarah King, Joey Scholle, Christopher Dews & Alex Sherrill. Also survived by many other family members and friends. Passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021. Age 72. Long time resident of Norwood.  She loved her community and loved to crochet. Edie enjoyed her job at Kroger for the last 17 years. Visitation will be held at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Friday, March 12 from 1-2PM with funeral services beginning at 2PM.
