Geneva "Eva B" (Hunt) Blevins

Geneva "Eva B" passed peacefully at her home on Friday, February 22, 2019 at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Bill, daughter Linda, and several sisters and a brother. She leaves behind her loving family of Debbie (the late William) Ohmer and Vicki (Doug) Clark. She was the adored grandmother of Andrew (Chrissy) and Adam (Crystal) Clark, Beth (Luke) Walker and Daniel (Kayla) Sepeck. She was the cherished great-grandmother of Silas and Ivory Marshall, Hunter, Titus, Artayvian and Aurora Sepeck and Ava Clark. She also leaves behind a sister, Laura (Charles) Hoskins and brother-in-law, Junior Sumners. She also leaves behind her best friend, Marie Eversole and many other dear friends.
She was a resident of Norwood. She was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church for over 40 years. She contributed a monthly recipe to the Norwood Star "Eva B's Recipes". A cookbook was also published with many of her recipes. Eva was also known for the many cards and letters she sent of encouragement and inspiration. Even in her latter days while bedridden, she made over 50 lap quilts to be given to nursing homes. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 26@ 10:30am at Trinity Pentecostal Church, 2719 Norwood Ave., Norwood. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 25 from 6-8pm at the church.
