James "Vernon" Phelps. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Chris. Long time member of Trinity Pentecostal Church. Survived by a son, a daughter, 3 grandchildren, 2great grandchildren and 2 sisters. Passed away Monday, October 12, 2020. Age 80. Residence Norwood. Visitation will be held at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Thursday, October 15 from 10-11AM with a funeral service at 11AM.
