Madeleine (Roettgers) Gerhard

Madeleine (nee Roettgers) beloved wife of the late William A. Gerhard, loving mother of Geri Lynn (Larry) Bond, Lori Ann (John) O'Daniel and Andrew (Katie) Gerhard, dear sister of Jerry Roettgers, adored grandmother of Megan (James) Kirby, Chris Bond, Nick (Katie) Bond, Katy Bond, Dr. Erin (Dr. James Cardo) O'Daniel, John Riley O'Daniel, Marnie O'Daniel, Gavin Gerhard and Ella Gerhard, cherished great grandmother of Camden Kirby. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Madeleine worked as a RN for many years and was loved by many. Passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at the age of 88. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Church, corner of Montgomery Rd and Drex in Norwood on Thursday, May 6 at 11 AM. Friends may call at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, prior to Mass from 9-10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
