Peggy was born in Pontiac, Illinois on Sept. 24 1928, to James and Catherine Jobst. She passed away under Hospice care on Sept. 18, 2021. Peggy was the beloved wife of Charles “Chuck” Studley for 71 years, loving mother of her six children: Carole (the late Ron) Meldon, Doug (Julie) Studley, Susie (John) Steinau, Dave, Mike and Steve Studley. Adored grandmother of Matt Meldon, Tracy Meldon Wright, Jake and Emma Studley, Elizabeth Steinau, Sarah Steinau DuPriest, Nicholas and Charlie Studley, Louis Studley and Sean Studley. Cherished great grandmother of Rex Wright, Mary Elizabeth and Maggie DuPriest and Hannah Schulenberg. Also survived by countless nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her seven brothers and sisters: James (Patty) Jobst, John (Barb) Jobst, Mary Gert (Jack) Kane, Joe (Mary) Jobst, Ann (Smitty) Smith, Mike (Dorothy) Jobst and Rita (Dick) Herwig. Peggy enjoyed playing tennis for many years. She played bridge until her final months with her friends around Cincinnati. Mom loved football and was dad’s biggest cheerleader. She was an excellent cook and baker. She will be dearly missed. Her body was donated to science. There will be a Mass in her honor at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 7754 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH 45236 on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10:30AM.
