CORGAN. Randall Joseph "Randy" Beloved husband of Rose Corgan (nee White) for 46 years, Devoted father of Christian Corgan and the late little angels, Jessica Rose & Lauren Marie, Cherished Grand Pa-Pa of Lauren Corgan, Dear brother of Courtney (Kathie) Corgan & Michael Widdis, Adored father-in-law of Karla Kohel, Loving uncle of Kim, Shannon & Megan Corgan and Kelly Valus. Loving son of the late Courtney & Frances (nee Berlinsky) and Frances (nee Bruggeman) Corgan. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020. Age 73. Residence Loveland.

Randy's life always focused on helping and providing services. During Randy's 20 years working with the Scouts, he received many honors and awards, including the Silver Antelope Award, the Silver Beaver Award, District Award of Merit, Distinguished Commissioner Service Award, Commissioner's Key, Philmont Training Center Masters Track Award, the William D. Boyce New-Unit Organizer Award, the St. George Award , and the Bronze Pelican.

As a Naval officer, Ltd. Commander, Randy served in the Vietnam War and retired from the Reserves after 25 years. He also supported the Naval Reserves Association serving on the Junior Officers Committee.

Formerly an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs in the Business Technologies Division of Cincinnati State Technical College. Randy was the retired CEO of Regus Business Centers in Cincinnati. Civic responsibilities included working with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Tribunal Office and served as a parish religious education teacher.  He also spent time volunteering at the Meadowbrook Nursing Home. His hobbies included photography and supporting the Second Amendment as a certified trainer for personal safety.
